Le Figaro and the Art of Washi Paper
In an article in Le Figaro about organic lighting, Sophie de Santis mentions Céline Wright's washi paper lamps and their diaphanous whiteness. Our collector floor lamp 4 Cocons is featured among a selection of designer lighting inspired by nature and the poetry of organic materials. For more than thirty years, Céline Wright has been creating handmade lighting that diffuses a soft, natural light, combining contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. Many thanks to Sophie de Santis and Figaro Plus for this wonderful feature!
Epok loves the "enlightened" !
In her webzine 1 Epok formidable, Anne Eveillard paints a beautiful, detailed, and well-documented portrait of Céline Wright, or "the Enlightened One" as she calls her! From her inspirations, her 30-year journey, her creations, her strong taste for Japan, her stay at Villa Kujoyama which gave a new dimension to her work, her projects, her summer quarters in the new workshop in Montolieu in Aude where she plans an original luminous event on August 8th with other artists, musicians, calligraphers, etc., and the start of the new season with a retrospective during Paris Design Week in September..., nothing is missing, or rather, everything is there! Thank you, Anne Eveillard, for this lovely and pleasant encounter. www.1-epok-formidable.fr
Le Monde talks about Céline Wright
We had the honor of being featured in the Fashion and Lifestyle pages of M le Monde to present our special 30th Anniversary scenography for the Céline Wright brand! And the launch of a new light fixture, a portable lamp inspired by Japanese lanterns, named Haiku de printemps. The festivities will continue in September during Paris Design Week with a "retrospective event" that will trace Céline Wright's journey and revisit her most iconic creations. Thank you @Marie Anne Bruschi
